The Wiggleworms loved the illustrations in this beautiful book as well as the moving story. A few had read the book previously and were excited to read it again!

NLC Mock Caldecott Honors go to:

They All Saw a Cat
Written and Illustrated by Brendan Wenzel  We Found a Hat
Written and Illusrtrated by Jon Klassen

The Wiggleworms appreciated the humor in the illustrations of both of these books! Each picked their favorite perspective in They All Saw a Cat with bumblebee and bat tying for most liked.  Fans of Jon Klassen’s Hat series were excited to see his familiar style and wit!
