This week the Wiggleworms enjoyed a Sweets & Treats Story Time. I found this very cute book that made a very fun Flannel Story:
The Cake that Mack Ate

illustrated by Maryann Kovalski
The story follows the same format as The House that Jack Built starting with “This is the cake that Jack ate” and builds from there.
The kids loved joining in to tell the story and were delightfully surprised to find that the Mack who ate the cake is actually a dog!

Very fun and very easy to put together!
